Our team has gathered three years ago led by the goal to collect all gamification and educatement tools in sustainability to make the process of learning, training and engagement more dynamic, creative, digital and fun. We went beyond with the research, workshop series, IT platform, calendars and assessment tools. On our way we met other universities and schools contributing to the issue and integrated all information we have found in our online platform. ACU Management is a Micro Company based in Dublin that was created in 2021. ACU Management is a branch of Acudemy Training, a Global training provider that specialises in accredited and bespoke training courses since 2013.
ACU Management aims at raising and widening participation and achievement of candidates within their chosen industry, therefore becoming a valuable resource to their employers or own company. Our mission is to:

ACU Management works both with Irish participants and learners coming from other country to improve their skills and enable them to achieve their professional goals. ACU Management also provides language courses for VET learners coming to Ireland for a work placement through Erasmus+ KA1 mobility projects.
Working with a wide network of European partners such non-profit organisations, private companies and educational establishments, we participate in cooperation partnerships with the aim of improving the quality of our processes.
Yousouf Neetoo is the Managing Director of Acudemy Training, an independent Training organisation.
He has drawn his experience from a background in corporate insurance broking meeting a range of businesses and individuals. He focusses on providing insightful, high quality, high value and innovative programmes that deliver measurable impact and results. As such, Acudemy approach fuses proven teaching practices with a consultative, result centric outlook that emphasises the practical application of knowledge to your strategic aims and needs.
Yousouf is responsible to coordinate the internal workflow in Acudemy for the entire duration of the project and will be responsible for the project implementation in the organisation.
Amélie Cathier is a European Project Manager. She has experience in the development of network and collaboration with local, national and European organizations.
She develops European projects (Erasmus+ KA1 & KA2 & Capacity Building, Interreg…) and has strong experience in managing several strategic partnership projects under Erasmus + and other European programmes. She also has experience in developing learning resources and in working with young people to foster employability, socio-educational and personal development, as well as participation in civic and social life.
Amélie is in charge of coordinating the cooperation of Acudemy with the project partners for the entire duration of the project and is responsible for the project management.
Graeme Lindsay is Programme Director at Acudemy Training.
He joined in 2018 as a specialist in Distance Learning Undergraduate and Post-graduate level. Experienced Trainer on CMI, CIM L5 and 7 along with other bespoke management-based courses such as Risk Management, Reputation Management.
Graeme is contributing to the project management of the project. He is also participating actively in the resarch and the developpement of the diferent results.
Learning for Integration (LFI) is a non-profit organisation founded in 2012 in Finland.
Its mission is to promote the learning of languages and cultural sensitivity of migrants and refugees of all ages in Finland and other Nordic countries in order to facilitate their integration into the new culture and the development of a multicultural society.
We have a solid background in language teaching and material creation and we would like to use this experience to support our mission to create language awareness through activities such as playgroups for pre-school children, language exchange groups and free language learning material and eLearning possibilities for all ages.
Marja-Liisa Helenius, Chairperson
Marja-Liisa Helenius, has a Master’s Degree in English Philology, including subject teacher studies in English and French and she also has basic studies in Communication from the University of Helsinki. She has vast experience in translation, editing, teaching English in adult education, and as translation coordinator and as project manager for local projects as well as European and Nordic projects.
Currently Chairperson at Learning for Integration ry and responsible for coordinating Erasmus+ and other international projects. She has been organising Cafe Lingua language event since 2004 and the event has also received funding from the Finnish and Swedish cultural institutions in Finland for native tutors and material creation. Marja-Liisa has created a vast network of connections with other NGOs, migrant, refugee and women’s organisations and social organisations in Helsinki area. She speaks Finnish and English on a fluent/native level, as well as French, German and Swedish.

Vocational educational and training CFPZ is one of the largest vocational education and training (VET) provider in Brescia area in Lombardy region, North Italy. RISEBA University of Applied Sciences is a private university with 30 years of experience, which offers competitive education and prepares high-level specialists and managers in business and creative industries for work in an international environment. European Placement Network Germany GmbH (EPN Germany) is made up of a dedicated team who are passionate about providing quality placements and great work abroad experiences for our trainees and partners.
Our organization ensures the operational management of several European exchange and placement programs on behalf of various local authorities as well as various educational institutions and the European Commission.
Through these partners we are responsible for the organization of work placements in companies in Europe.
We also cooperate with various institutions and educational institutions in Europe.
One of the specialities of our company is to work on both the sending of German interns to Europe and the admission of young Europeans to Germany.

Elena BARJIC
Since September 2021 she has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company. Having studied European Policy in Brussels for her Master’s degree, Elena has an in depth understanding of the importance of European mobility and a passion for learning about different cultures and languages. Born in France, Eléna has lived and work in Croatia, Belgium and now Germany, which has given her a first-hand, invaluable experience of intercultural work. As a former participant of European mobility programmes herself, she is able to support our international trainees and create the very best experience for them in Germany.
Christophe WELLS
Christophe has a master’s degree in physical education & sport & coordinates teams of examiners for High School & Bachelor qualifications in the UK. He is semi-retired & works with APRECA on a part-time, voluntary basis. He started working with European projects in the fields of Higher Education, Adult Education & VET. through his role as Director of International Mobility for the Regional Government Council in Picardie, France.

Laura is trained to work in an international environment, especially in international relations and multicultural communication.
Julie GORLT
Julie is a European Project Coordinator; she is in charge of managing the operational side of European exchange programmes and coordinating Key Action 2 projects in the projects in which APRECA is involved. Julie has a background in marketing and communication, having worked in various companies with an international dimension.
Riga Style and Fashion Technical School is vocational education institution, which provides 16 educational programs with state accredited document confirming acquired the 2nd and the 3rd level of vocational qualification, and state set secondary education. RSMT prepares young professionals for labor markets in sectors like:
