Bioeconomy Week Ireland: Food Rescue Café. A workshop on food waste prevention and surplus food use in social enterprise and commercial cafés.
The workshop invites people working in the food sector with the aim of informing guidelines on how cafés can incorporate surplus food into their menus. It is organised as part of Bioeconomy Ireland Week 2023 and the EPA Green Enterprise Food Rescue and Research Café project.
